Hotel Impala - Buenos Aires

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff are attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with any needs or requests. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions, such as the beautiful La Recoleta neighborhood. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a good spread of food to start the day.

No major issues, everything exceeded expectations.

They were great helping us for anything that we needed.

Palacio San Martin was in the immediate vicinity. We park our car onsite. A cool bonus was nearby Coffee Town, that offered tea and coffee. A perfect place for exploring Buenos Aires.

the hotel is conveniently located near Centro Cultural Recoleta. It's easy to visit Shopping Patio Bullrich from the hotel. 3. the Court subway stop is just a 10-minute walk away. 4. the free Wi-Fi at the hotel worked perfectly.

Noisy (from neighbor rooms), lack of better room service (snacks, beverages). First time I had to ask for toilet paper (twice along my stay) in a hotel ...

Teatro Colon is "next door" and you can reach tribunales subway station within 15 minutes walk. El Cuartito, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Great location within walking distance to most attractions in the nicer neighborhood of Recoleta. We loved our room on the 10th floor with a balcony that offered beautiful views. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was perfect, and the breakfast pastries were really good.

Yes, the charged wrong my credit card.. In stead of 90 dollars they charged 390 USdollars. They were kind and gave us a refund but I didn't like that. The hotel was under construction and wasn't at all like the pictures. Everything much smaller.

The hotel crew is very nice and took the initiative to help us in several ways.

When we arrived, the room had a bad smell, typical of a place which has been closed for a while. The bathroom is small, specially in the shower.

what we did like was the location of the hotel and one of the staff at reception was most helpful on all matters.

the noise of traffic could be a problem for some people , also a bit of variety at breakfast could be an improvement although it was adequate.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the cozy room and the friendly staff. the location was also a plus, as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. It was also great to have free internet access in the lobby.

The noise level in the room, as the thin walls let in a lot of noise from the street and neighboring rooms. the breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied.

I liked the location, very near Recoleta and the central part of the city.

the bedroom was very small for two people and the staff was not so friendly when we asked for a taxi in the front desk. they said was impossible to call one, because it was rainning. And we just needed a taxi, because was rainning!

Everything was functional. Nothing to complain.

The room and furniture were way lower quality as the room described showed in the picture. This was the only disappointing issue.
